There are a few streets in Quebec which are deidicated to fine dining, it could be hard to choose where to eat.
Fortunatly Ioan directed us to the fantastic food at "Au Parmasan". This was one of my favourite meals out over the whole two weeks. The restaurant was atmospheric, due to it being so busy and popular, the food was very good especially the home-cooked ham (and they are not tight on the portions!) and the wine was delicious.
And what completed a perfect night was the realisation that Ioan and I were the "Better Couple", which kind of set the mood for the whole trip :)
