Spent a lot of time at this museum and the tomb of Napoleon. I had no idea that this place existed. The tour books dont do this place justice. We were at the history of war and army museum that was just renovated recently for a good 2 hours looking at memorabilia and historical artifacts. This does get a bit boring after a while if you are not a military buff (in my opinion) but I got in free with my military ID. Teachers and students get a discount too.

Musée d'Orsay: Best Train station ever

I cannot believe that this used to be a train station. This museum houses some of the best artwork ever. I didnt make it to the 5th floor with the famous impressionists paintings but I plan on returning. I got in free with my teacher ID so it makes it even more tempting to return. I wish that people would not go to this museum if they do not truely appreciate art or can take the time to really look at these works. I felt like I was pushed around by tourists the whole time who just wanted to say that they had been there!
