Southern Italy pizzas must be the best in the world,I don't know what it was but they were fantastic.The chef told me it is the pride in each pissa that is the secret--I reckon it's the fresh ingrediants.I have not tasted another pizza like them and it makes me want to visit southern Italy again.
Veal was my husbands choice but I had pizza 4 nights in a row and I normally would not do that.
