Great Wall The only excursion we took from Beijing was a day trip to the Great Wall, at Badaling. A nice Chinese lady took this photo of Holly and me. (yes, me. 'Of' is a preposition, and it takes an objective pronoun, which 'me' is and 'I' is not. It may sound politically incorrect, but it IS grammatically correct, sorry.) |

Forbidden City There is much to see in Beijing, and one of the most interesting places is the Forbidden City. Since we spent most of the entire 3 weeks in Beijing, we were able to visit many of the sites several time, and we had ample time to see them thoroughly, and impossibility with a 10 days, 10 cities guided tour. |
