Liechtenstein is a very tiny country and Vaduz is the country's capital. Vaduz is also about all there is to the country, as far as places to visit. It is very small and very touristy with some nice hotels and restaurants. The shops are full of tourists and high prices. Liechtenstein is famous for it's postage stamps. If you are a stamp collector it is a must or the stamps make a nice rememberance item of your visit.The Prince lives in a wonderful castle above the city. It is not open to the public, but it is an easy drive to see it. (Photo this page) |
