no really wear pants, otherwise you will not beable to get in. they have a dress code and it basically goes somthing like no shorts , i think no skirts either for women. is wearing pants worth seeing the largest cathedral in the world? ummm ya i think so! not to mention the sistine chapel and along the way hundreds and hundreds pieces of art from all around the world... the one thing that i hated was for the longest time they took many of these pieces and put leaves where they thought they should be and turned them so "parts didnt show" but lately they ahve been undoing horrible things they have done to alter these pieces and are returning them to their original state. you can take pictures everywhere except the sistine chapel so make sure you have a lot of memory left in your didgital camera and your batteries are fresh!
