Hurghada is one of the larger cities on the Red Sea Coast, people love it because of it's beautiful beaches. Hurghada is definitely a "Resort" town, along the coast it is lined with plenty of hotels.

I was married to a man in this place that I probably waited my whole lifetime to meet, I just didn't think he would in Egypt! Tarek and I met on a Nile cruise ship in March of 2004. Tarek works as a Purchasing Agent for one of the Nile cruise lines in Aswan. We both saw each other and literally stood in front of each other like two dumbstruck teenagers. We never spoke a word to each other just smiled at one another.

We went our separate ways. I, never thinking I would see him again, and Tarek thinking the same thing. I returned to the U.S. went on with my life.
Fast forward 15 months later, I returned to Egypt (Aswan, to be exact). I was met at the train station by an old friend, who explains to me that he has hired a driver to take us around town for the day. To both Tarek's and my surprise, Tarek was moonlighting as a driver for visitors coming to Aswan! So after many letters, phone calls, e-mails, and text messages, my personal driver became my husband on October 23, 2007.
