Epitome of a Northern Michigan Summer Town Lake City is one of the best small northern towns in Michigan. It is a charming walk down memory lane of what life was like. Time slows down, everyone waves and chats with you. The folks are laid back and enjoy the meaning of lake life. Missaukee Lake is the fab lake that the town sets on. As you drive in from the south on M-66 you can see why it is Lake City. More later. First day back from a week up there and I have to work. |
