A typical canal
When you visit Venice, make sure to take a stroll in the Venice Canals. It's a very beautiful and picturesque stroll along flower strewn, peaceful and glorious canals. It's even better if you can get a friend to give you a little float down one of the canals. The canals are the last remnants of Abbott Kinneys attempt to make Venice CA into a Venice Italy. It's great around sunset and also nice at night. Very romantic. You can stroll over and eat at nearby restaurants on Washington.
Directions: The canals are a short walk from Venice beach. They are roughly between Venice and Washington and Between Pacific and Ocean.
