Travelling meets no boundaries | Taipei, i would want to work there someday... |
this collage above was edited when i was jobless in 2005. guess i was too free and thus did a collage like that then. well, say if i have some time now, i'd want to edit the pics again, create another collage. hmmmm, i need to brush up on my photoshop skills and more importantly photography skills. should i consider on a digital slr or juz get a pro consumer camera? im always lazy to fix up the lens. lets c how... save up for more travels is a must!!!
i've been to Taipei twice - sep 05 for 8 days and mar 07 for 6 days. it was the first overseas trip after being "trapped" in compulsory military service for 2 yrs (in singapore, males r obligated to serve 2 yrs of national service to the government upon reaching age 18, escaping from that is an offence)
i must say, Taipei was so much more and better then i expected prior to my virgin visit. |
| | Your Travel Experience is Unique im talking nonsense here. itz juz like every mahjong game is unique too. u wouldnt get the same kind of tiles in every game. Travelling to somewhere new or place of interest can make u discover new things.
Turning the so many " i dont knows " to " i know! " is not easy. gaining thru losing. consider the number of days u have to apply for leave for that wonderful vacation. this applies to most of the office workers 9-5. be it a 4d3n or 3d2n trip to nearby bkk or bali, or a 2-3 weeks backpacking trip to usa or europe, i will treasure those lil moments.
Bangkok, i wish to visit u every year! food/massage/shopping!!! |
See things from a different perspective In our life, we have seen different kinds of people. people who loves to travel, people who dont. hmmmm, do let me know if u have known someone who had not stepped out of his own country. i do know of some people who had not taken the plane, not that they are afraid of taking but they have other priorities, would rather spend monies on other stuff.
once i know this guy, he went johor bahru all by himself at pri 6. by sec 2, he travelled all of P. m'sia. by sec 4, bangkok fanatic. right now he should be 26, station in china for work, had already been to many places in europe and usa and many other places. he writes for magazines and thus get to travel for free when asked to write reviews. this is what i call the passion for travel. go c the world with your own eyes, itz amazing! | | | KL 2007 at impiana klcc hotel |
|
| | No Travel, No Life! you can proudly tell people that you have "been there done that" only when u had really done it. by watching tv and not experiencing the real thing, itz not counted! |
Travel in style ~ pamper urself sometimes... go to a bar, go to the pool for a swim, take different different kinds of pics of a place. i have this friend who went china and all the pics he took r juz scenaries. welll, i dont mean to criticise, yes he has his choice of what to snap, but c'mon, snap different things la!!!
take pics of the food u eat, the ppl u met, the special objects u c... snap everything ~ i know it can be tiring... lolx | | | soup dumpling at nanxiang |
