There is little to do in Tinerhir from what I read in my guide book some tourist use it to stay overnight while visiting Todra Gorge just up the road. As for my reason of being here simply my 3 day tour around the region stopped on the roadside to get photos of the landscpae of Jebel Sarhro which has some awesome views.
