somewhere in nh, peaceful and and creeeeppyyy
Hello. Thanks for visiting my bare-page. Months have passed and I still have not done a thing or two to rebuild or update my homepage. I hope you find what you're looking for as you browse thru my travel pages. Facts may have gone obsolete so don't quote me on anything.
-----------------
5/23/2009: Flew to France to be with my fiance and stayed there for a little over 2 weeks. We did quite a bit of castle visits around the Loire Valley and stopped by a theme park (Futuroscope) along the way. Check out my travel page(s) for more info and tips.

4/17/2009: From time to time, I sign in to check out VT pages and to visit friends whom I've met on this site. I am glad they are still living their dreams of seeing the world. I am happy reading their stories of travels, pictures and all. I have not forgotten friends here. In fact the VT experience remains in my heart. I still travel independently but could never come around posting or updating my travel pages. I am also anticipating to get married this year. Perhaps when I get the VT travel itch, it will be Lara + 1.

Happy Travels my friends. The world is truly small.

Wacko Way To Remember Your Trips

Send Postcards to YOURSELF

Are you out of your mind? No sir. Wherever we go, we spend a good amount of time picking up the best postcards for our friends, why not send one to yourself as a memorabilia too? I treat postcards like it's my travel diary. Writing one to yourself is the best part because you are literally reminding yourself what you did in the area (while it's still fresh in your mind), drop in the mail and voila by the time you get home, the post card will be there. I still have that stained postcard that I sent from Amsterdam... looking at it reminded me of how I carelessly chugged a bottle of red wine and accidentally knocked a glass over... voila a stained postcard. I still claim that I'm an occasional drinker though. Seeing those self addressed postcards in my mailbox always leaves a smile on my face. Yeah call me schizo-Lara.
