"SILE, LOVELY BLACK SEA LOCATION NEARBY ISTANBUL" Sile by guve

It is a villa, in a villa complex of 150 villas, with with a very nice sea air to breathe, is just in the middle between the Sile -Agva highway, on the appr. 17th km after Sile towards Agva. Sile is about 90 km from the Istanbul airport. Parking space available in the housing complex. There is a big and very well kept fresh sea water swimming pool available in the housing complex, again looking to a very nice view down to the Black Sea, and it serves all the 150 houses in the complex during all the summertime. The beach is beyond imagination. I could recommend everyone once to visit the area, and if they like it more than I describe here, to either stay in a hotel nearby ar rent/homeexchange a house here, to live here, too. Both Sile and Agva are good destinations for the summer, as well as for winter weekends, with touristic activities, fishing, swimming, horseriding, tennis in clubs nearby, and many activities thislike. Both are very popular escape locations for Istanbul's intellectual weekenders. The housing complex is situated on the side of a small vacation village ( http://www.woody-ville.net/ ) made of wooden houses, which is a good meeting point of motorcyclists and intellectuals during winter weekends, and during summers, as well.
My Family: We are a married couple in their later fourties, with a daughter of 17 years (2007). Wife is engaged in community/social activities, whereas I myself am a professional in charge of worldwide food exports working for a leading Turkish food producing and distributing company. Just a fotnote information: WE ARE CONSIDERING TO SELL THIS LOVELY HOUSE, if anyone could make a use out of it, and as we cannot travel to there so often (due to our daughter's activities mainly in the central of Istanbul) as we did in the earlier years we purchased this house. Hence, WE ARE ALSO OPEN FOR SALE/PURCHASE OPTION for our second home. This is only a footnote info.

This location, being on the coast just in the middle of the Sile - Agva coastal highway is a beautiful location, either. You need to have a car to travel there from central Istanbul. Winter weekends are very nice in this part of town. It is a beach resort, with only nature, no ugly buildings, but only wooden houses, and a restaurant in the resort.
