I have to admit, I think I've become addicted to VT. Not just meeting new friends from exotic destinations or being able to tell people more about my country and other traveling (which I've also only recently discovered!), but also discovering so many places that I wish to one day visit.

Unfortunately I don't always have time for playing around on VT, so bare with me while my pages make slow and steady progress!

I only recently discovered traveling and have been planning trips (that doesn't always realize) ever since. This is not only internationally, but also locally and I am shocked about everything that I have learned (that I was supposed to know) about my country!

My discovery of traveling was actually quite by accident as I was privileged enough to be sent to a workshop in Chile (with a quick stop in Rio). This has now opened my eyes to the wonder of other cultures and all of its possibilities.

I am now focusing my 'traveling attention' on a trip to Thailand in April (which is approaching very quickly!) and would like to thank everyone for their wonderful pages and forum replies which have been a great help in planning this trip.

I am now starting to gradually try and put together a guide to my country to assist you in your travel. Have a look at my South Africa and feel free to contact me if there is anything I can help you with (will probably be much quicker than waiting around for me to finally finish the guide!).
