Great Ol' London

Introducing London

Harrods Knightsbridge
London is a city for a variety of people. It's all about individuality. It depends to what one fancies. There are many things to see, do and visit. Where you're staying is an important factor to make a choice of the mode of travel, time and cost. Some people would say that this is an expensive city but I disagree. I reckon that Europe is more expensive than the UK, although Euro is a little less stronger than the GB£.

Places of attractions such as Museums, Palaces, Monuments, Art Galleries and Shopping areas are the main attractions for visitors to London. The public transport is cheap and easily accessible. However, it all depends to the homework you've done. One does not have to learn the language to be able to mobile around to shop, dine or visiting museums, unlike her European neighbours.

Food is another attraction and there area variety of them to choose from, without being ripped off. Almost all restaurants in London produce delicious meals, regardless of 'touristy area' or otherwise.

I hope that you'll find my tips useful and I'll try to post more in the future. Have a great time visiting London!
St. Martin

Shopping Haven

This is what I think of London. It truly is a place where one can shop for anything one's desire. I have lived in various places in Britain, Europe and Malaysia, and I can surely say that among these 3 different places, I still prefer to shop here in London.

There are so many places to go to shop here, compared to Europe. You have the infamous Oxford Street where Selfridges, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Zara, Topshop, Primark (The Old C&A), Bodyshop, HMV and many other stores.

Next, you have the Regent and Bond Street, where the boutiques are. You can find Ralph Lauren, Fenwick (Department Store), Hugo Boss, Fancy Hairdressers, Boss, Ferragamo, Hackett, Zara Home, Zara (again), Hamleys, Apple Center and loads more that I can't remember.

Another great spot is Chelsea. It's my favourite place in London. You have Sloane Street, Sloane Square, Kings Road, Fulham, Knightsbridge (Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Gant, Boss, Jaeger, Kurt Geiger), Kensington High Street and a few other streets. It's a great place to shop, dine, wine and unwind. Absolutely beautiful!

Then you have Leicester Square, Convent Garden, Oxford Circus, Soho and Parklane & Mayfair (If you're shopping for automobiles.)

I'll add more when they come to mind.
