Cagbalete Island is composed of two Barangays: Cagbalete I (pronounced: Cagbalite Uno) & Cagbalete II (Dos) and are both barangays of Mauban, Quezon. Noted for the white beaches (mostly on Uno). Copra is the main product since coconut trees abound. Some are fishermen and can be found mostly in Sitio Sabang, the port of the island.

"Kuray" is a terrestrial, hairy crab and abound here. Good when cooked in coconut and coconut cream. Try it.
