One of the better villages

Viseisei is believed to be th village that the firt Fijian settlers founded. Whether they came from Egypt or some other African Nation, still seems to be a matter for discussion.

This is a lovely little village which is very well kept, which is more than can be said for many such villages in Fiji. The people of Viseisei take pride in their village and have amny handcrafts for sale to visitors as well as a very friendly and informative local tour guide to show you around.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Well ordered welcoming little village.
In a nutshell:Its history is quite fascinating.

Often wondered about visiting Fiji. Somehow, I don't think it is my kind of place.
