Berlin did impress me very much! Maybe it's because I spent 3 days here in my 11-day journey, longer than any other city I went to during this trip. Being an international metropolis, I think it's still very tourist-friendly(compared to other capital cities I went)---modest prices for accomodation; sufficient tourist information and instructions available everywhere;high efficiency of transportation; carefully concern for disable people...I think Berlin is a qualified representative for German people!(Though I learned later that people from other regions of Germany don't like Berlin so much...)
Anyway, Berlin is a place I strongly recommend to go! For the well-organized public service which makes your travel smooth and convenient, for the mark of a fantastic history of the conflict between east and west, and so on...
