"Je t'aime parce que j'avais fait un rêve, puis j'ai rencontré un roi, j'ai vendu des cristaux, j'ais traversé le désert, les clans sont entrés en guerre, et je suis venu près d'un puits pour savoir où habitait un Alchimiste. Je t'aime parce que toute l'univers a conspiré à me faire jusqu'à toi." - Paulo Coelho, l'Alchimiste
I've met so much people who I know I may never meet again. These were special people, there were many of them who've changed my life in ways they can't imagine. They've given me more perspective on just about everything thats important, broadened my minds reach, my ability to accept and tolerate, showed me what it means to be and feel and say and try and do so many things, given me hope and laughter, talked to me in the most bizzare languages, loved me, helped me, smiled at me, protected me, pushed me on, laughed with and laughed at me. There were just SO MANY PEOPLE and there are still SO MANY PEOPLE and its just amazing. I've loved so much people. I wish i can re-meet everyone someday . . . everyone has made me so happy to be where i am now. This is so cliche but its a quote which makes the most sense to me at the moment: DONT BE SAD ITS OVER BE GLAD IT HAPPENED. And thats for EVERYTHING that happened. And thats for all the good and bad, because it is for everything i've done in the past that i'm where i am now, and where i am now, is a great place to be. NOW is such a great place to be. :))
IF YOU CAN SAY THAT, its wow. And you'll know what i'm talking about. i hope i'll always be able to be as optimistic as this and as happy as now. :)) And that i will always be able to say i'm happy to be where i'm at now, with no regrets. Its so liberating, so fresh, its incroyable.

| | MANILA I'm from Manila, a big city with lots of people, jeepney tricycles buses motorcycles cars forevor honking their horns, street food, friendly smiles, visitors and locals, its a mix of so many things and people.
I grew up in Manila but I love escaping from time to time, i love the beaches and mountains, i love trips around Laguna de Bay, i love the fiesta's in Tarlac, i love Christmases in Baguio, week-ends in tagaytay and summers with friends and cousins in this or that beach. |
| | La Roche sur Yon I know the city like the back of my hand (i'm exaggerating). I spent a whole school year in this little town in the west of France, among some of the most traditional students in all of France. :) It was a new experience for me. I was with people who had certain beliefs based on what their parents passed on to them, what their old schools taught them, and were just different from the rest of the French I've met. It was a new perspective and light into the lives of the rich French with big families, summer houses, and Catholic centered lives. It was nice! |
Les Pyrennees My favorite portion of France. I stayed in two organic farms, lived in teepees, tents and caravans, planted tomates courgettes salades oignons etc, had the whole-week-end fetes, met some hippies, fed animals, swam in rivers, picked raspberries in the mountains, rode in pickups with sheepdogs, woke up because of cow bells, pooed in compost bins, chased guepes, flew paper airplanes, led donkeys up the mountains, saw a sky full of shooting stars... Ah it was the life, it was beautiful |
ANDALUCIA My favorite place in Spain...because I met the most amazing people here while staying at hostels, because of the great tapas and yummy sangrias, because of Flamenco and the Alhambra, because of the nightlife and colors, because of the simplicity and flair and comfort of the cities here... I want another summer in Spain, and i want it to be in Andalucia! |
