Cultra is a residential suburban area adjacent to Holywood in Northern Ireland. The nickname for the district is the Gold Coast due to its attractive sea views and 'golden' house prices- some go as far up as £5 million!
Overall, the place isn't the most exciting but there is the Ulster Folk and transport museum, if you get the train from Belfast (see my transport guides) and get off at Cultra station you'll follow a footpath which brings you directly into the 2 museums spacious grounds. See my information guide to the Folk & Transport museum for more info!
