"The Island of Hvar - heaven on earth" Otok Hvar by Pavlinjo

I'm spending my summer vacations from when I was a toddler (it's a common thing for us Croatians, since we have the most beautiful sea and shore on the world - trust me and come to see it, we have more than 1000 islands and cleanest sea...veni, vidi, vici...) and last summer a went with my boyfriend (he grow up there) on THE ISLAND OF HVAR and I fell in love with it...
It's in south of Dalmatia, and coming from inland you have to catch a ferry from City of Split (I guarantee for that city also...) to the Island, and choose which town or place will be (Hvar - same as the Island, Starigrad, Jelsa, Sv. Nedilja...)

From a towell, beach called Maslinica -Olive beach

When I saw those beaches and woods, uh that was a song for a soul, eyes, and that scent of sea and pines - irreplaceable place...and of course the people, the food and wine were great. It's hard for me to approximate you that experience within this 'small' site

Like I said, just come and visit, we are friendly people and I remember someone said that Croatians, from 365 day's, calculating weekends and the holydays and feast's and celebrations have just one working day - and you know we really like to work but also partying too :) ...young and old...

• Pros:It's sunnyest Island in Croatia
• Cons:It's a little bit far, but it's worth it
• In a nutshell:I want to go back and swim again :)
