To me, traveling means doing something you never thought you would do! For me it was river rafting. I tried it and now I have found something new I love!

So can you find me? I am the one with the ear to ear grin!!

As I build my profile I will include these sort of outdoor adventures!

I like to snorkel and scuba dive and try all sort of new activities that my travels introduce me to!

In this picture I am snorkeling which is not so adventurous but if you look behind me at all the sharks swimming nearby then I would say that would make me adventureous!

I also love to do underwater photography so from time to time I will add those to my travel photos. So check it out!

I enjoy immersing myself in a country which means trying new foods, learning their customs, and in this case dressing as the locals do.

Apparently that didn't go over too well at a German airport on my way home when I was approached for questioning by an undercover agent.

The reason I was wearing an Indian kurta when I was flying home...it's a long story!

I live in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains. There is hiking, biking and camping there. In the wintertime there is even skiing! Since the mountains are so close there can be an occassional dear, bear or coyote that wanders through the area.

I like to travel with friends and family and sometimes alone. It just depends on what I what to get out of a trip.
