I wish happiness and peace for everybody

My world
I just came from blue voyage. It was great. If you want to learn more I advice to visit my "Turkey" tips. (Blue voyage at Turkey:(Blue voyage)

My last big trips: Syria(Syria), (Damascus), (Aleppo), (Palmyra), Macedonia(Macedonia), Albania(Tirane), Montenegro(Montenegro) and Kosovo(Pristina), (Prizren ). We followed Ottoman's footprints. They were good but dangerous trips! Dangerous because I came back with extra 3-4 kg after those trips! Not in my suitcase! :-((
My Prizren and Pristina pages are living in Sirbia pages. I recognized Kosovo as a new country but VT didn't yet. :-))
I've already seen 51 countries and almost all cities of Turkey. (Türkiye)Unfortunately, it is not easy write about old days and scan old photos about all countries I've been so far. However, I can help, if anyone asks for any tips on the countries or locations. Especially for my country of course.
I love travelling. Architecture, sculptures, meeting with local people and eating local foods are important for me.
I don't have any prejudice or hate for any nation. (I just hate to racists.) I believe that we were all innocent babies once upon a time . To born here or there is just a coincidence... Some people are trying to put artificial walls between us. Life is hard enough. So, we don't need any extra problem. There are wonderfull things and people to see all around the world. I believe that if everybody can travel, wars may decrease.
"Peace at home, peace in the world" (Atatürk)
Frozen ÇILDIR lake.

KARS

My last trip (March 2009) was to Kars city.(Kars),
Kars city is at the north-East of Turkiye, on the border of Georgia and Armenia. It is far but worth to see. You may see beautiful Ani ruins, Çildir lake and old houses. You may walk on the frozen lake at least 6 months.

CAPPADOCIA-8-2007

In september 2007 Paragianna75, OH-DK, Cachaseiro, Revontulet and I met in Cappadocia for balloon trip and hiking. It was great meeting.

SLOVENIA-2-2008

At february 2008 I was in Slovenia with OH_DK and Paragianna75. Slovenia, especially Bled was incredible. (Slovenia-Bled) We also met with Mirsacirca at Ljubljana.

KÜTAHYA-AIZANOI-2008

I visited Kütahya and AIZANOI archeological site short time ago. I put more photos and prepared some tips for you at Kutahya page.(Kütahya)
I decided to sign places on the map. So , you may find those maps on my "general tip"s on every city. We prefer to say "Turkiye" instead of "Turkey", don't surprise.

GEORGIA (Gürcistan)-8-2007

Last summer I was in neighbour Georgia.(Georgia) I liked to see there. Especially Vardzia was great...
I am very sorry about the war in Georgia. I hope everything will be better. I send my best wishes to Georgia.

Think about it

I saw this sentences on Statens art museum at Kobenhavn. Worth to think!
"I often catch myself defending my own country"
"But do I really think it's that good a place? Or did I just grow up believing it is?"

"I often catch myself criticizing my own country"
"But do I really think it's that bad a place? Or am I just afraid of seeming nationalistic?"
I agree...
