"Sunny Krabi" a Krabi Travel Page by touraco

It was really hot when I visited Krabi in March but the weather is good for sunbathing and island hopping.

Needless to say I was "burnt" even though I slapped on quite a bit of sunblock.

The Ao Nang beach was in my opinion not really that fantastic. To get nicer beaches, please take the long tail boat to other islands.

There are cheap massages by the beach under shelters. 200baht for an hour of oil massage. Pretty decent.

Other than beach bumming and island hopping...the next thing to do is to eat. You can find numerous cafes and restaurants along the beach.
