Bryce Canyon National Park is about 85 miles northeast of Zion. I highly recommend visiting this park. It has scenery that will take your breath away. There are trails to suit every hiker....from a quick 5 minute walk to the rim to an intense, steep climb to the top of an overlook. It costs $25/vehicle to enter the park.

- Pros:Very easy access to the rim; allowed to drive yourself around the park
- Cons:Park gets crowded in the afternoon
- In a nutshell:The land of hoodoos!

Fine photos! Don't those hoodoos sometimes erode away and fall down? On people's heads, for instance?
Nice page on this scenic park. Useful tips! Great pictures. We are hoping to go there next summer.
Excellent tips here! Bryce Canyon sounds so wonderful. We have it on our list of things to see. Thanks for the lovely tour!
What an awesome place to visit.
Another great commentary by way to depict the reality of the park and sites/trails. Thanks

great tips and photos. it is year since we were there.... pre VT days
Oh so beautiful!! It is good to see that the hoodoos are still there and none of the famous ones did topple over. Fantastic photos and descriptions!! I should come again for some hikes :-)
Great photos of the hoodoos :) And well done on overcoming your fear and making it down that Navajo Trail!
I enjoyed that voodoo that you do about those hoodoos. GREAT page.
