Drive Your Dream!!!

As I said, we came to Houston for my husband's birthday present. Well, I found this company online that allows you to drive your dream cars. My husband got to drive a Lamborghini Gallardo, Ferrari F430, Porsche 911, Corvette ZO6, and an Aston Martin Vantage. He was able to drive each car for at least an hour. For an extra fee, I was allowed to ride with him in all of the cars. I highly recommend this tour to everyone. It exceeded all of my expectations!!

Lakewood Church

While we were in Houston, we decided to visit Joel Osteen's church...Lakewood. For those of you that don't know him, his father started this church in the back of a feed store. Today, 16,000 people attend every weekend. It was a neat experience to attend church in a stadium.

Porsche

The Porsche 911 was our least favorite car. Don't get me wrong, it was still fun to drive, but when you compare it to a Lamborghini or Ferrari, it just comes up short.

Aston Martin

The Aston Martin Vantage is a neat car, but it wasn't one of our favorites. It had a cool interior, but it didn't excite us like the Lamborghini and Ferrari.

Corvette

The Corvette is definitely not in the same class as the Ferrari and Lamborghini, but it is a FUN car. The ZO6 has 500+ HP, and it didn't have any trouble keeping up!

Ferrari

The Ferrari F430 was set up like a race car. It was AWESOME!!! When my husband pressed the gas, it took off like a rocket! But, it slowed down immediately when you pressed the brake. We can't decide which one we liked the best....Ferrari or Lamborghini!!

Lamborghini

The Lamborghini Gallardo was an awesome car!! It had paddle shifters, and you could shift them manually, or it would do it for you automatically. We found that it was a much smoother ride when we shifted manually. I LOVED the sound it made when it downshifted! Definitely a dream to drive!
