    • Room was not ready upon arrival.
    They held our bags for us while we waited in there very small lobby for 5 hours.
    When we did get our room the bathroom was not cleaned.
    We had to wait an additional 2 hours to have our luggage brought to our room.
    the room was directly above the entrance to the parking garage so it was cold and noisy.
    We stayed for 4 nights.

    Unique Qualities: Location was great, no resteraunt on site or comp. breakfast as others in the city.
