Typical transport in Senegal
Senegal… Senegal is a amazing country, but not for every one. It’s a African country, trying to develop, with great beaches and landscapes. The Senegalese are really nice, always asking you a pen. But is a poor country, with very old cars, garbage every where, old roads, with lack of almost everything… If you look for adventure, a different place, to know real Africa, welcome. If you want to say you go to Africa and spent time in a resort go to Saly-Portudal, where you will find beaches and Senegalese people, but not real Senegal.
I loved. At the beginning in Dakar I was worried about diseases, the water, the lack of all European references. During our stay everything changed. We went from Dakar to Casamance, the south of the country. We known small villages, lots of people, children, places without other travellers. It`s amazing how friendly the Senegalese are...
There are amazing rivers and places. And the beaches? Hot water, without anyone else… sometimes just cows!!

There isn`t a specific place… but in all. Most of my friends wouldn’t go in this trip. We loved the experience. An adventure where everything can happen!
