That's a very good question! So where to start?

My life pretty much revolves around my work so that seems a fair place to kick things off. "And what is it that you do?" I hear you cry, barely able to contain your excitement and curiosity. I'm a writer - mostly of books but with the occasional morsel of journalism thrown in for good measure. I specialise in what you could generally categorise as sport and leisure. My areas of particular expertise are motorcycles, cycling and equestrianism although my writing extends to the Olympics, motor sport.

One of the plus sides to all of this is that I get to travel a fair bit. If a month in the summer following the Tour de France, the odd trip to Jerez, Monza or Magny Cours for the MotoGP and World Superbikes or a week at the World Equestrian Games sounds like fun then you'd probably like my job. I guess the best part of it is that I work for myself!

My personal interests tend to dictate my work and vice versa. When not clicking my cameras or tapping the keys I spend my time riding horses (usually about four or five times a week) and riding my bike on the racetrack.
