Flooding! Don't make the same mistake I did, that is, waiting until the last minute to purchase gifts. I went back to town the next day, hoping to go back to some of the shops I had seen, and explore the rest of the city when it flooded! Granted, it was the rainy season, and it was a full moon, but I was not prepared for so much water! Fortunately, we found a store that was selling garbage bags to be used as boots. It worked, for a little while, but then the water became so high in some places that it was thigh-boots or nothing!
