This was my first trip to The Philippines and even Asia and I really fell in love with this beautiful country and it's very friendly people.
Few hours after I arrived to Manila I was welcomed to the country at a VT meet by local VT'ers - it was so nice to meet you guys that I've met on the internet. We went to a sea food restaurant and had great food and drinks - see my Manila travelouge. |
|  | Mountains, Butanding and Island Jumping "Perspire to Inspire" group on Mt. Pulag
We were a group of 16 Filipinos and one Dane who climbed Mt. Pulag - the second highest mountain in the Philippines.

Sagada, my favorite place in the mountains!
After the trip to Mt. Pulag I went on a 4 days trip to Sagada with a little group of VT'ers: missmarianne, barbie_sunrise, queenn, winzkie_d_pooh, jonXXX and kentski11. It was really a great trip where we went spelunking in 2 fantastic caves, and we went hiking in Marlboro Country (mountains near Sagada)
Swimming with Butanding aka Whale Sharks
After touring in the Mountain Province I flew down to Legaspi with Barbie, and we went to Donsol to swim with the Butandings!! - the biggest fish in the world |
| | Island jumping in Palawan I stayed 2 nights with Enoc's family near Coron, and we went island jumping with Enoc's little boat and saw some beautiful beaches and other sights. |
