Where is Benidorm?
Benidorm is one of Spain's most popular tourist resorts. It lies on the Eastern (Mediterranean) Coast of Spain between Valencia and Alicante, in the province of Valencia, in a region known as the Costa Blanca.

Benidorm is only a two hour flight from most major European Capitals (London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Paris, Milan, Zurich). The nearest Airport is Alicante (El Altet) International Airport, linked by a motorway 60 km away. There are regular flights all year round.

Facts that you should know about Benidorm
This city offers an incredible selection of entertainment and excitement for people of all ages. Four of the biggest Theme Parks in Europe, a Casino, a top-flight international variety show, many cabaret bars and discos, hotels with excellent live acts and some great water sports opportunities. Peaceful parks or exhilarating walks along the promenade and afternoon tea dancing. You can ride a submarine to explore the depths of the sea, go parasailing and in general have a lot of fun. You really can find something for everyone.

The two major beaches, the Poniente and the Levante are beautiful, long stretches of soft, golden sand, and due to their Southerly orientation are kept naturally clean, consistently receiving the prestigious European Blue Flag awards for quality of services and water.

Language resouce

Practically all people travelling to different places where we face the challange of a new language, we take our notes from different sources to try to solve our initial needs. I have come accross a link which offers free language courses and thinking that it might be of use to all fellow VT friends, here it is

Hope it helps. Please share this with all who can benefit from it.

Swimming with the dolphins is my daughter's dream...I wondered how much it cost?
