The best (and probably most expensive...) restaurant in Israel. Located in an old stone house with a beautiful court and serving French food with an Israeli touch.

    Darna: A touch of Morocco
  • Tip Rating: [Not enough ratings yet]
  • Satisfaction:
  • Restaurant Name: Darna

Darna is Moroccan for Our Home. If you like Moroccan food, or if you want to try it, this is the place for you. Not only the food is great, but the decor is amazing. You go down the stairs into the restaurant and it's like going into a different world, taken from a tale of Arabian Nights.

Favorite Dish: Pastilla - Phyllo pastry stuffed with cornish hen and almonds decorated with powdered sugar and cinnamon

    Armenian Tavern: Armenian Tavern
  • Tip Rating: [Not enough ratings yet]
  • Satisfaction:
  • Restaurant Name: Armenian Tavern

This restaurant is located in an ancient Crusader church in the old city of Jerusalem. The food is not the main thing here, it's decent, but no more than any other restaurant. But, the atmosphere is very special. You go down the stairs into the ancient basement full with Armenian tiles. The food served here is somewhat similar to Turkish food (don't tell them that!!!).
