Roman Theatre - Bet She'an - Tel Bet She'an

The Roman Theatre at Beit Shean. Beit Shean contains one of the most beatiful archeological sites in Israel. The town is located at the Jordan Valley, 30 Kms south of Tiberias. In Roman times it was known by its Greek name, Skytopolis. The Roman ruins are in great shape. You can find the theatre, an amphitheatre, a bathhouse, mosaics and more.

hey gil, this looks like in rome! wonderful place, beautiful mosaic. i see you've made pages about every district in haifa ... vt classifications are strange. let's see if i manage to look at all of them :-))
