When I first heard the name Utah, long ago, it was in an article about the Mormons and Salt Lake City. So in 1998 there was suddenly a different Utah, and especially the stunning beauty of the National Parks in the south. For me this trip to the USA was really a trip to a New World, every day bringing new experiences. Those rocks, those colours.

I agree...with AMTRAK trains expensive, limited and always late, I believe a motorhome is the absolute BEST way to see USA. Good choice!
