La Fôret d'Othe was a fantastic surprise for me during my trip to Burgundy. We were there looking for mushrooms, champignons... But as it was the first time I didn't take anyone... Eating the "wrong" mushroom could be really dangerous... The omelette which we cooked was fantastic... And of course we ate it with great Chablis wine and cheese as dessert. I definately adored Burgundy. |
