Restaurant Name: Hungry Jacks Marulan North
I have been a Hungry Jacks Fanatic for many years.
While most Hungry Jacks restaurants are clean and friendly this one was the worst ever.
The crew was the saddest looking bunch I have ever seeni it would have killed any of them to smile.There were customers waiting to be served I would guess 40 or more and a pathetic manager stood watching them struggle, standing with a clipboard in his hand taking notes.
I asked the girl that waited on me "who died" everyone was so sad looking.
"New owner" was the reply. And the lazy manager won't help us.
The food was far from the normal standard, half the condiments were on the wrapper not on
the burger.....and the place was a total mess. The toilet was putrid. I would suggest that the new owner have their managers do a bit of housekeeping rather than try to look important standing with a clipboard.... Very disgraceful to say the least. Also very sad to see young people working in a place they would obviously rather not be.
