The hotel staff was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. We arrived early (11am) and were given a room immediately. The lobby was small, but nice.
The rooms were very nice; spacious by European standards. The bathroom was very modern with an interesting shower which included a half-length glass partition instead of a curtain or door.
Amenities were great - each room had an espresso maker.
Limited (decent) English TV channels, for what it's worth.

Adjacent to shops, including a convenience store (7/11-like), fast food establishments, restaurants. A plethora of coffee shops were nearby, as was the Red Light District.
