"A little slice of heaven" French Lick by apaw1945

We just spent a week visiting the restored French lick Springs Resort Casino, and it was grand! The best of all was discovering this little restaurant at a nearby large lake and forest area. It is called the Hillcrest Pub and is located near patoka lake, about 15 miles from the resort. They have a smoke free family dining area and nicely appointed bar.
The BBQ ribs are the best in the land. The steaks are great. They have lobster tail and crab legs as well as other fine seafood. A great burger and more. 9 draft beers, scores in the bottle, 50 wines, 151 liquors on the back bar. Fresh ground coffie. Wireless internet access as well. We ate there every day and can't wait to go back.
