I know, I know, they call Tagaytay the 2nd...

...capital, but Luisiana is fast rising as the 3rd Summer Capital.

I've been to this place more than 3 times, but there was one particular visit when we stayed there for a while. My god daughter, Lady May, was a Ms. Luisiana contender.

There are lots of pandan there, so all their costumes should be made of Pandan.
