I spent my first two days alone on Kiddenen (aka three bag) island. I can't say it was a great experience, but I've got a lot of mileage from the stories I can tell about being on this little island all by myself. So if you like a little adventure and especially if camping is something you are used to doing, I'd really recommend it.
