Sandra and I were married on 9th July 2005, both of us having been widowed previously.
I have two sons, Phillip (41) and Stuart (38). Both are married, Phillip lives in Amersham, Bucks and Stuart in Clarkston, Glasgow.
Sandra's son Savvas lives in Woking, Surrey and her daughter Koulla near Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire. Both are married.
Sandra and I have travelled extensively throughout the UK and to various locations in Europe, during the past few years.
In March 2008, we are booked to travel to Bergamo, Italy for a few days sightseeing in an area neither of us has visited before. In April, we are returning to Krakow, Poland and this time, we intend going further afield and seeing other places in the immediate vicinity of Krakow.
In May, we are returning to Cyprus for a fairly long stay. The outward flight has been booked, but no flight arranged, as yet, for the return to the UK. After that, we will probably content ourselves with a "stay at home" time, although we will probably make some trips to visit friends and relatives in the UK.
Here we are in 2011, getting ready for yet another trip to Cyprus in September. Looking forward to seeing friends and family swimming at Paphos and enjoying the cuisine at smashing restaurants like The Colliseum, Les Amis, Zsa Zsa, The Michael Family and Ocean Basket with visits to Billy's Bar to sample "the best brandy sour on the island."
