I went to Wellesley, which is located about nine miles west of the city of Boston, so I've been hanging around the city, off and on, since 1969. I have to put in a photograph of Wellesley because the place is just glorious -- check out my tips section -- but I'm going to lead off this intro with a picture of Old North Church, where I was married in 1973. It's on the Freedom Trail, so I'm not just sharing my personal stuff here. Remember "One if by land, two if by sea"? Maybe not, if you're not an American, but the poem is written about Old North Church and Paul Revere's ride out to Concord and Lexington in April 1775, remembered each year on Patriots Day (not to honor the football team, friends). |

Refreshing oneself spiritually is under-rated by some... | Nemorino Tue Feb 26, 2008 10:07 UTC Happy Birthday! | glo39 Sat Dec 8, 2007 15:21 UTC I grew up in Wellesley and I work there now as well.
