The City of Kingston is located on the north shore of Lake Ontario and is a few hours driving from Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto. Kingston offers excellent educational, health, cultural and recreational facilities.
Kingston is nicknamed the "Limestone City" because of the many historic buildings built from limestone. Very impressive!
Last time I went to Kingston was this past September to visit my friend's family. We went for a nice walk downtown along the waterfront - thankfully it was a beautiful, warm and sunny day. Definitely a must-see for anyone visiting Kingston! |
