The long road ahead . .

After all my meticulous planning to go Sagada from Banaue, I decided at the last moment to switch, and went to Sagada via Baguio. This was because I had nothing to do from the late morning till 10:00 pm when Autobus leaves for Banaue; so on impluse, I went straight to Pasay and hoped on the Victory Liner bus to Baguio. Spent a night in Baguio and went off to Sagada the next morning.

I asked 3 different people when the first bus leaves for Sagada, I got 3 different answers, so I decided to take the word of the taxi driver - they are supposedly to be most knowledgable in such matters. He said 5:30 am. Hotel receptionists said 6:00am; and bar tender said 6:30 am. The other reason, of course, better early than late. So I set my alarm clock at 4:45am, try to freshen up, and off I went to the Bus stand.

I spent 2 nights in Sagada and moved on to Banaue.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Great place
Cons:Pollution, and usually not enough hot water
In a nutshell:Nice place to hang around ..

I've never been to Sagada... got to visit immeidiately before they decide that rock formation is way too obscene and put a regulation on viewing it... :) nice tips!
