    The place is open air and its serves it specialty, BBQ beef (BO TUNG XEO in vietnamese). The beef is marinated in a special sauce and lots of garlic and herbs. A set of the beef will include a huge plate of beef, a large plate of fresh and crisp salad with a vinegar dressing. The beef is really good, lean and juicy, and the trick is not to overcook it. 1min on the grill is just nice. Make sure to dip it in one of their fish sauce and wash it down with the local beer "333", pronounced as "bababa". The price is a considered expensive for the locals. The grilled beef set cost 70000Dong, less than 5 USD, but its a really good deal for it has large portion and its really popular dish.

     I am from socal. I just got back from saigon with a few viet friends of mine. Volcano is the best club for audio/lighting/atmosphere in my opinion. MGM is a close 2nd. Liquid is awesome with lots of call girls ready for you. Go to volcano get bottles!
