I arrived here about 3 months ago, and am gradually learning about history, the culture and of course, the people.
This may not be the Paris of the East any longer (despite the Arcul de Triumf), but it's an interesting place that deserves getting to know.
If you can ignore the dogs, the incredibly bad driving, the heart-breaking beggars and street children, then the city is your to discover.
