King and queen of the town
The old town of Montblanch is beautiful. It's surounded with an old wall and has many little nice streets inside. You won't need a whole day there, several hours would be just fine. I recommend having a cup of coffee in one of the cafes in the center of the old town.
We were there on Saturday and saw many weddings that were carried one after another in the cathedral. Quite interesting to watch.
In the very centre of the town there is a hill with old ruins. You can walk there (not very hard) and enjoy a wonderful view around -- the old town, the new part of the town, old Roman aqueduct in a distance.
Directions: Go west from Reus by car and you'll get to Montblanch in 15-20 minutes.
