Las Vegas plain and simple is a must see experience, bright lights, OTT themed hotels, famous faces, excellent shows and much much more, whatever I say about it wont do it justice.
What I would recommend is not to go in August or the high summer months, temp hit 113 degrees F whilst we were there, this made walking about during the day extremely hard work, many bottles of iced water required.
Not the prettiest place during the day, takes on a whole new persona as soon as the sun goes down.

Bellagio musical water feature

Bellagio and its famous musical water feature, really pulls in the crowds and runs regularly through the night

Confused ?, yes you are still in Las Vegas

Paris, New York, Venice etc etc all covered by the hotels on and around the famous Strip

• Pros:A real over the top experience, brilliant
• Cons:The high temp in summer months
• In a nutshell:Night and Day in Vegas, totally different !
