"Knowledge Castle" Oxford by vdadu

One of the oldest college, Christ Church College became famous destination for visitors after Harry Potter. This is the same place where 'The Harry Potter Lexicon' was filmed.

Being a visitor, you will have a chance to see TOM TOWER, TOM QUADRANGLE and THE CHRIST CHURCH CATHEDRAL. All of them are beautiful and are very old.

In the Cathedral, you will be able to see

2. St. Frideswide Window
3. The Shrine built in 1289 (upgraded in 2002)
4. St. Catherine Window
5. The Becket Window

All of them are beautiful and you will admire them.

The Founders Tower

Another in the chain of the oldest college is 'The Magdalen College'. Very near to the Christ Church College, this college houses a Chapel and lots of dears as well.

The best part of this college is 'Visting Chapel'. It's as old as the college and has beautifully painted windows. You will feel refreshing once you visit Chapel. Although, the college in itself is beautiful and worth seeing, you may find watching dears as another interesting thing here.

Queens Street View

One of the most lively area of Oxford is Queens Street. You will find lot of shops/shopping complex here and is a erfect place to hangout.

It is an eye catchy pedestrian only street. One one end of the street you will find CARFAX TOWER whereas on the other end, you have CASTLE UNLOCKED. You can climb Carfax Tower to have an arial view of Oxford City.
